I'm Only Human, Flesh And Blood I'm Made: Part 1

In this study I would like to share something of how we can relate the true essence of God’s word, for we are just humans that probably considered all things by sight.
Concerning the phrase “flesh and blood” in the scriptures, I quoted few passages below to figure out what they say about this. And I found out that each one of them has explained two things, natural and spiritual concepts.
Spiritual: Father which in heaven and the Son of the living God
Spiritual: kingdom of God and incorruption
Spiritual: principalities, powers, rulers of the darkness, spiritual wickedness in high places
Spiritual: the power of death – the devil
As we can see from those passages above, the “flesh and blood” mentioned is just a human being – a visible/physical/earthly/natural term. Whereas, the kingdom of God, the Father, principalities, powers, rulers of darkness, spiritual wickedness in high places, and the devil are invisible/spiritual concepts.
So they speak about two things, the visible and invisible creature.
Certainly, they are the heaven and the earth from the beginning and this is how we must rightly divide the word of God, by separating earthly concept from the heavenly one. If we open our mind about this message, it will give us knowledge that both old and New Testament scriptures precisely made and joint together like flesh and bones, the beginning and the end, the prophecy with fulfillment, and natural with spiritual.
As this verse of Romans chapter one says that the visible things are just used to understand invisible things for heavenly appearance is invisible to human’s eye.
Thus when we see the whole figure of a man biblically, he is not only physically strong but also spiritually quickened. So we should know that we have access of this truth as being a natural man and a heavenly creature. As Jesus and Moses said;
We have body of flesh and bones that live by bread alone and a body of spirit that live by every word of God. So we live both naturally and spiritually in this earth.
And according to God’s rule between these two, the visible/earthly/fleshly mind cannot receive the things of the spirit because they are spiritually discerned.
It means that when a man heard spiritual things and believed according to his earthly thought, he cannot understand it neither knows about it.

Concerning the phrase “flesh and blood” in the scriptures, I quoted few passages below to figure out what they say about this. And I found out that each one of them has explained two things, natural and spiritual concepts.
- And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. Matthew 16:17
- When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am? Mat 16:13
- And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. Mat 16:16
Spiritual: Father which in heaven and the Son of the living God
- Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption. 1 Corinthians 15:50
Spiritual: kingdom of God and incorruption
- For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Ephesians 6:12
Spiritual: principalities, powers, rulers of the darkness, spiritual wickedness in high places
- Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; Hebrews 2:14

As this verse of Romans chapter one says that the visible things are just used to understand invisible things for heavenly appearance is invisible to human’s eye.
- For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: Rom 1:20
Thus when we see the whole figure of a man biblically, he is not only physically strong but also spiritually quickened. So we should know that we have access of this truth as being a natural man and a heavenly creature. As Jesus and Moses said;
- Matthew 4:4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
We have body of flesh and bones that live by bread alone and a body of spirit that live by every word of God. So we live both naturally and spiritually in this earth.
And according to God’s rule between these two, the visible/earthly/fleshly mind cannot receive the things of the spirit because they are spiritually discerned.
- 1 Corinthians 2:14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
It means that when a man heard spiritual things and believed according to his earthly thought, he cannot understand it neither knows about it.
