Do you remember the brilliant Filipino Broadcaster Mr. Ernesto "Ernie" Baron that hosted a TV show on ABS CBN station in titled; "Knowledge Power"? Intelligence is the primary source of his career; from being inventor he became host in radio and TV programs and known as the weather man. And he always says; "Lage nating tatandaan pagwalang knoweldge ay walang power". It means he wants us to learn and explore the beauty of Science to appreciate and care life. Spiritually, the Bible also has its own inspired broadcasters to let people know the other side of the world. And one of those chosen messengers was the Apostle Paul who dedicated his life for our sake.
Paul was born with a Roman father and a Jewish mother. He became priest of Jews government in-line with the pharisee doctrine. During that time, the Jew's religion has division of faith; one in the side of Sadducee that believes there is no ressurection of the dead and the other side was the Pharisee that believes there is. And Paul as one of the Pharisee priest has studied the Law of Moses as his profession of being a lawyer. According to him; in the law, he was blameless and no even single spot of unrighteousness he did. Meaning, he was a diligent man of scriptures.
So with regards to the knowledge in scriptures, perfectly Paul has it that made him blameless in the sight of men. But when he became disciple of Christ, he found out that his deeds in the law of works is not perfect and yet inferior to the new law which is the law of faith. The law of faith is more advance than the law of work which Moses had brought. People who are under the law of work can perform physically and materially even against to their hearts. What I mean to say is they did fulfill the law which men can see and not to God like letting themselves lust with women in the eye and killing their brothers through anger. That means they were good in the sight of men but are wicked in the sight of God because Jesus has said;
When Paul understand this type of law he recognized the true essence of righteousness. Paul have seen the difference and concluded that man cannot justified by the law of works but by the law of faith.
That experience of Paul was happened also to a young man in time of Christ. Like Paul the young man also was blameless for he perfectly did obey the law of Moses but not enough to the law of Christ.
By this, the law of faith is given for perfect righteousness and has revealed the fact that we are not outwardly observed but spiritually. So you do have a choice whether to be blameless in the law of works given by Moses or in the law of faith which is given by Christ.

- Rom 8:36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.
- Php 3:4 Though I might also have confidence in the flesh. If any other man thinketh that he hath whereof he might trust in the flesh, I more: 5 Circumcised the eighth day, of the stock of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, an Hebrew of the Hebrews; as touching the law, a Pharisee; 6 Concerning zeal, persecuting the church; touching the righteousness which is in the law, blameless.
So with regards to the knowledge in scriptures, perfectly Paul has it that made him blameless in the sight of men. But when he became disciple of Christ, he found out that his deeds in the law of works is not perfect and yet inferior to the new law which is the law of faith. The law of faith is more advance than the law of work which Moses had brought. People who are under the law of work can perform physically and materially even against to their hearts. What I mean to say is they did fulfill the law which men can see and not to God like letting themselves lust with women in the eye and killing their brothers through anger. That means they were good in the sight of men but are wicked in the sight of God because Jesus has said;
- Mat 5:27 Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery: 28 But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.
- Mat 5:21 Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment: 22 But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.
When Paul understand this type of law he recognized the true essence of righteousness. Paul have seen the difference and concluded that man cannot justified by the law of works but by the law of faith.
- Rom 3:26 To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus. 27 Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith. 28 Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.
That experience of Paul was happened also to a young man in time of Christ. Like Paul the young man also was blameless for he perfectly did obey the law of Moses but not enough to the law of Christ.
- Mat 19:18 He saith unto him, Which? Jesus said, Thou shalt do no murder, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, 19 Honour thy father and thy mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. 20 The young man saith unto him, All these things have I kept from my youth up: what lack I yet? 21 Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me.
By this, the law of faith is given for perfect righteousness and has revealed the fact that we are not outwardly observed but spiritually. So you do have a choice whether to be blameless in the law of works given by Moses or in the law of faith which is given by Christ.
