Now concerning the UNJUST / UNRIGHTEOUS as it is written there is none righteous even one, who are they by the way of whom God shall reveal his wrath from heaven against them.
Most of us will conclude that the UNJUST / UNRIGHTEOUS men are those without God in this world like Atheist, Buddhist, witchcraft, and etc who believe other gods. This is how people think as their own perspective in judging but the Bible teaches that the unrighteous men are those who had known God and yet “when they knew God, they glorified him not as God”. In other words, they were the people who knew the living God in the beginning but they believed Him not.
Paul here in these passages of Romans was telling that the invisible things of God are clearly seen being understood by the things that are made by him even his eternal power and Godhead. Now did all people in this earth know the God of Israel through these earthly things? Like all people in the Philippines and even unto them living in uncivilized world? Obviously they did not hear this truth because the Christian belief was made known only unto them after many centuries from the time it was written. Even also in the Philippines, Ferdinand Magellan only came on 1851 AD who brought the name of Christ unto the Filipinos.
The truth is only in the world of Israel God revealed himself and communicated with them through many prophets with signs and great wonders of heaven in the old times and the rest are alien and without true God in their world. The world of Israel covered the land where their families and wives’ families belonged. They were also the people who heard the words of God from Egypt to Rome.
In fact many gentile people in the Old Testament written that believed God. Thus the context in Romans 1:18 is not addressed unto all people on earth but unto them who heard and knew God.
The other proof to this truth is when we talk about condemnation and punishment or chastisement of all people. As far as the fatherhood is concern, a father could only punish his own children because of their disobedience to let them know that they were wrong but outside of his house he can do nothing for they have different rules to be observed. The same with our God, he’s only concerned with the people who heard his voice and the rest are just dogs that died in the streets. Since in the beginning, God punished them that disobeyed his voice.
As per scriptures, these are the people and places that hold the truth in unrighteousness and neglected the commandments of the Lord. I may have missed some but it is just an over view of a particular judgment with wrath.
· Cain (the creation)
· The daughters of men (the flood)
· Nimrod (the tower)
· Egyptian (the red sea)
· Sodom and Gomorrah (the fire)
· Israel (the 70AD destruction)
The scriptures clearly talked about the specific people involved in God’s plan. Therefore the “UNJUST” are the characters written in the scriptures who received the wrath of God. They are the people who knew God and believe not his words in the ancient time.

Now concerning the UNJUST / UNRIGHTEOUS as it is written there is none righteous even one, who are they by the way of whom God shall reveal his wrath from heaven against them.
- For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; Rom 1:18
Most of us will conclude that the UNJUST / UNRIGHTEOUS men are those without God in this world like Atheist, Buddhist, witchcraft, and etc who believe other gods. - For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness 18 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. 20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: 21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Rom 1:18-21

- Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands; 12 That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world: Eph 2:11
In fact many gentile people in the Old Testament written that believed God. Thus the context in Romans 1:18 is not addressed unto all people on earth but unto them who heard and knew God.

- The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished: 2 Peter 2:9.
The scriptures clearly talked about the specific people involved in God’s plan. Therefore the “UNJUST” are the characters written in the scriptures who received the wrath of God. They are the people who knew God and believe not his words in the ancient time.
- Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Rom 1:21
- For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them. 2Pe 2:21
